For those who can make it early, we’re kicking things off with a night of music, drinks, and mingling to welcome everyone to Nashville — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
On Friday, we’ll have a few family and wedding party gatherings, but for everyone else, it’s the perfect day to explore Nashville, grab some good food, and enjoy the city we love.

We’ve reserved a special room block for our wedding weekend at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville at Vanderbilt, located right in Midtown — walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and just a quick ride to downtown.

Important Details

Cut-off date: All rooms must be booked by March 24, 2026 to receive the group rate. After that date, any unused rooms will be released back to the hotel and may no longer be available at our discounted rate.

Limited number of rooms: Our group rate covers a set block of 20 rooms per night (10 King Suites and 10 Double Suites). Once those are booked, the hotel may sell out or revert to regular pricing — so please book early!

Getting to the Wedding
The wedding venue is located in Charlotte, TN — about 45 minutes from downtown Nashville.
We’ll be providing one complimentary shuttle on Saturday to take guests from this hotel to the venue and back after the reception. Shuttle departure and return times will be shared closer to the wedding date. Please plan to arrive on time for departure — the shuttle will leave promptly so everyone arrives together for the celebration.
If you’d rather use a rideshare (Uber or Lyft), they’re typically available to the venue, but there likely won’t be any available for the return trip after the reception — and the fares can be very expensive given the distance. We highly recommend using the provided shuttle for convenience and peace of mind.
Parking at the venue is free and available on-site for anyone driving themselves
For Guests Coming Just for the Wedding Day
If you’re only joining us for Saturday’s celebration, there are a couple of great hotels much closer to the venue in Ashland City, which is about 15–20 minutes away from the ceremony location. These are convenient options if you’d prefer to stay closer to the venue and skip the drive back to Nashville that night.
